Key Responsibilities:- Assess and plan patient care, implementing and evaluating treatment plans as needed
- Manage patient flow and prioritize care in a fast-paced emergency setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current Texas licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Associate's degree in Nursing, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
- Two years of experience in Emergency Services (ER)
