Critical Care Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to our sickest and most vulnerable patients, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice.
- Bachelor's of science in nursing is preferred.
- Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are required based on the patient population in the specialty area worked.
