Job Title: Critical Care Registered Nurse

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team for a travel assignment in a top healthcare facility.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in the state of employment.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification.
  • At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
