We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver post-acute care as an LPN
  • Monitor the physical and mental wellbeing of patients and track their vital signs
  • Perform intakes of residents and document their health concerns and medical histories
  • Review medical records and charts of residents
  • Properly administer and verify medications
  • Help maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies
  • Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
  • Help medical staff with orientation and training
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • H.S. diploma or GED (or equivalent)
  • Graduation from an approved LPN educational training program
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience (LPN or related role)
