**Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage the accounting department, ensuring efficient operations and effective financial management
* Implement and maintain a system of internal controls to safeguard company assets
* Coordinate and prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
* Manage the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts
* Implement and monitor financial policies and procedures
* Review and analyze financial data for strategic decision-making purposes
* Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff to develop their skills and effectiveness

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position
* Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
* Proficiency in banking and financial software systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
