Interim HealthCare, a pioneer in the home care industry, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor/Physical Therapist (PT) to lead our team of home health clinicians. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assure ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of patients
- Supervise paraprofessional and licensed professional team members
- Use clinical decision making to efficiently and effectively manage an assigned patient population
- Assure the development of education for patients and their families
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program and active PT license in Colorado
- Minimum of three (3) years of physical therapy experience in home healthcare
- Two (2) years of management experience preferred
- CPR Certification
