Coffeehouse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Coffee Shop Barista Lead to join our team at Hawkan Corporation. As a key member of our coffeehouse staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and leading a team of baristas to achieve our business goals.

• Barista Management: Supervise and train baristas to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock.
• Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions and maintain a secure and organized cash handling system.
• Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive team environment, providing guidance and support to baristas as needed.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, with knowledge of food safety procedures and inventory management.
