The Registered Nurse will work under the direction of the Program Administrator and will be responsible for administering medication, rendering first aid, and providing assistance to staff and individuals served.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer prescribed medications and treatments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and training to clients and their families on medication management and self-care techniques.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
