As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality lawn care services to our commercial and residential clients.
Key Responsibilities- Apply lawn care products on commercial and residential properties, ensuring accurate and efficient application.
- Perform core aeration and lawn over-seeding services to customer properties, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Clean up property after completing lawn care applications, clearing pavement areas of debris and ensuring a safe environment for employees, customers, and the general public.
- Accurately record and submit written and digital records of lawn care applications daily, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Meet with current and prospective customers to discuss their property needs and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate products and equipment needed for services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Communicate clearly with clients about their property and effectively answer questions or direct them to others as needed.
- Clean and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Safely drive truck and trailer, maneuvering and backing into tight spots such as driveways.
- Assist with lawn maintenance and landscaping or snow and ice management as needed, performing as a team player.
- Promote company services and maintain a positive image of the company.
- 1 year+ experience in lawn care or a related field preferred.
- Ability to acquire a commercial pesticide applicator license.
- Knowledge of turf care and identification of common weeds, insects, and turf diseases.
- Broad knowledge of common lawn care products and application methods and procedures.
- Ability to calibrate and apply lawn care products at recommended rates according to product label.
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, and work in various weather conditions.
- Proficient in use of technology, including iPhone, iPad, Surface tablet, or willingness to train.
- Self-motivated and a quick learner, with strong social, organizational, and communication skills.
