Quality Inspector 2nd Shift

Alphanumeric Systems is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team in Orlando, FL. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by conducting non-destructive inspections, dimensional inspections, flow testing, and other quality control activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct non-destructive inspections, including dimensional inspections, flow testing, and other quality control activities.
  • Perform Level 2 penetrant certification and use red dye and FPI.
  • Utilize Mag particle, UT, and/or Eddy Current experience to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • At least five (5) years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Basic personal computer skills, including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
