About the Role:

As a Clinical Nurse, you will:
  • Assess and evaluate patients, developing and documenting individualized nursing care plans.
  • Assist physicians during medical examinations and surgical procedures.
  • Conduct various patient assessments and administer medications within the registered nurse's scope of practice.
  • Empower patients by establishing care goals and educating them and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care practices.
  • Utilize your clinical judgment and experience to achieve patient care objectives.
  • Provide care for both general medical/surgical and orthopedic patients.
  • Work a schedule of three 12-hour shifts, with opportunities for both day and night shifts.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
  • A valid Florida RN license
  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Current BLS certification
