Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our dynamic team at Origami Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center. As a Licensed Master Social Worker, you will work in a post-acute environment with individuals with neurological and mental health conditions, providing psychotherapy and developing therapeutic treatment plans. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients and be part of a close-knit interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans based on clients' interests, abilities, and needs.
  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and/or families.
  • Document client information, including session notes, progress notes, and treatment plans, per organization and insurance requirements.
Requirements
  • LMSW licensure.

  • Preferred experience in clinical or rehabilitation counseling, with 1+ years' experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders.
