Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at NP Now, a reputable healthcare organization in Northern California. As a Family Medicine Provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

About the Role:

  • Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and medical history.
  • Conduct thorough physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to inform treatment decisions.
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary, while adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine or a related specialty.
  • At least one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
