Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective interventions
  • Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and adjust care plans as needed
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, ensuring seamless communication with healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of evidence-based practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in neonatal care
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty, preferably in a NICU or pediatric intensive care unit
  • Current RN license in the state of employment or compact
  • BLS certification
  • STABLE and NRP certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
Work Environment

This is a full-time position working 7PM - 7AM shifts. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that prioritizes patient care and well-being.
