Job Title: Part Time Infant Toddler Teacher

Elevated is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Part Time Infant Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Part Time Infant Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for young toddlers to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a Safe and Nurturing Environment: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young toddlers.
  • Foster Development through Play-Based Learning: Design and implement engaging lesson plans that encourage children to explore, discover, and learn through play.
  • Establish a Predictable Classroom Environment: Develop and maintain a daily routine that provides a sense of security and stability for young toddlers.
  • Monitor and Assess Progress: Regularly observe and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians and making recommendations for future development.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and regular communication with parents/guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress and any concerns.
Requirements:
  • Experience Working with Infants/Young Toddlers: Previous experience working with infants/young toddlers in a licensed setting is required.
  • Knowledge of Infant/Toddler Development: Strong knowledge of infant/toddler development and best practices is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Certifications and Training: CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) and familiarity with state licensing regulations for preschool programs are required.
