Key Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret complex data to inform client recommendations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve healthcare outcomes and reduce costs
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather information to inform client recommendations
- Lead project teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments and apply this knowledge to client projects
- Master's degree in business administration or a healthcare-related field
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare consulting or a related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
- Adequate knowledge of advanced analytics or coding tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
- Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects
- Demonstrated diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel at least 25% of the time
