At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN Nurse to join our team. As a Medication Care Manager, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and services to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
- Document and maintain accurate records of medication administration
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates
- Transcribe orders and maintain confidentiality of resident information
- LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
