Overview:
The Advanced Technology Construction Manager will collaborate with a leading client in the field of advanced technology. This role involves overseeing the successful execution of construction projects focused on high-tech facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
The Construction Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing assigned projects to ensure they meet the agreed scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Creating and implementing project work plans, adjusting as necessary to meet client needs.
  • Operating as a licensed General Contractor within the high-tech sector, particularly in semiconductor and manufacturing facilities.
  • Producing consistent and accurate project reports as required by clients and operational guidelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with all Client Standard Operating Procedures and policies.
  • Addressing project issues promptly and escalating urgent matters as needed.
  • Reviewing and approving project deliverables in accordance with quality standards.
  • Coordinating closely with operational teams to assess project resource needs and monitor team performance.
  • Keeping all project stakeholders informed about deliverables, project status, and key focus areas through regular meetings.
  • Effectively communicating relevant project information to management.
  • Issuing project field bulletins or updates in a timely manner and ensuring follow-through to completion.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business connections.
  • Supporting business development initiatives, participating in client presentations, and generating proposals in response to requests for quotes.
  • Contributing to organizational initiatives, including adherence to core values and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing semiconductor facilities construction projects.
  • A valid General Contractor License for the state of Arizona or the ability to obtain one.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with construction/project management software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
