Interim HealthCare is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Pueblo, CO. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy to patients with illnesses or injuries, helping them to improve their fine motor skills and coordination.
  • Assess patient deficits, establish therapy goals, and document progress.
  • Work collaboratively with a home health team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on self-care and home safety strategies.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program and active OT license in Colorado.
  • Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience, preferably in home healthcare.
  • CPR Certification and knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
