- Oversee field operations, ensuring project success in terms of safety, schedule, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Identify, prevent, and manage claims, taking timely actions to mitigate their impact.
- Provide leadership to project team members and subcontractors, driving relentless project execution.
- Develop and implement Project Quality Management and Safety plans, aligning with standards within the project management plan (PMP).
- Possesses strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
- Hold a four-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training/experience.
- Exhibit comprehensive construction knowledge encompassing technology, equipment, methods, negotiations, engineering, cost control, scheduling, and safety.
- Demonstrate relevant project supervision experience in similar facility types.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment as needed.
- Regular reaching above shoulder heights and below the waist.
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, or bending.
- Limited use of electronic devices for communication.
- Adherence to safety standards and procedures.
- Occasional climbing of stairs and ladders.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, lifting, handling, carrying, or feeling objects.
- Regular interactions with individuals throughout shifts.
