Arosa Seeks Data Architect for Business Transformation

Arosa is a forward-thinking company seeking an experienced Data Architect to collaborate with the Director of Business Transformation. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset to support our company's goal of creating a robust data and API infrastructure that drives business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce API standards to ensure security and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various data sources
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members
  • Monitor and optimize API performance, troubleshoot issues, and stay up-to-date with industry best practices
Technical Requirements
  • Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP API protocols and management
  • Experience with IPaaS solutions like Workato, Boomi, or Zapier
  • Proficiency in reading and writing scripting languages like Python, Java, SQL
  • Knowledge of ETL pipeline design and ETL tools like Fivetran and Hevo
  • Experience with data warehouse management and data modeling in Snowflake or similar data warehouse solutions
  • Proficiency in using PowerBi (or equivalent tools) and creating dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with multi-departmental stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to gather technical requirements from business stakeholders and translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical role or similar position
  • Strong background in API management and documentation
  • B.S. degree in computer or data-related major (or equivalent experience)
