Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse Specialist to join our team at The Fortus Group, Inc.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have experience in labor and delivery nursing with excellent clinical skills and a strong passion for patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients in the labor and delivery unit, providing individualized care based on their needs.
  • Clinical Skills: Utilize advanced clinical skills to manage complex labor and delivery situations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in the state of Georgia or eligibility to obtain licensure within 6 months.
  • Minimum 1 year of labor and delivery experience.
  • BLS certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation packages, including a salary range of $$120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
