Part-time Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team at One River School of Art and Design in Larchmont, NY. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:
- This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week.
- The successful candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, including front desk duties, student art show preparation, and marketing activities.
- The role also involves attending offsite events and assisting with birthday party events.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the organization and execution of student art shows and receptions.
- Help coordinate and facilitate birthday party events for students.
- Support marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials in the community.
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, answering phones and greeting students and parents.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or educational setting.
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Forms, etc.).
Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
