Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiving Specialist to join our team at Comoto. As a Receiving Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the store's backroom operations, receiving products into the POS system, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage backroom operations, including receiving products and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Process damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center and report to the Inventory Control Team
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure adequate product levels, proper merchandise maintenance, and display
  • Maintain store presentation according to company standards, including store housekeeping, merchandising, and retail standards
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, including merchandise promotions and advertisements
Requirements
  • Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience
  • Ability to work a retail schedule, including occasional nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong computer acumen, writing, and math ability to count and manage inventory and control cash
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong attention to detail
  • Open mind and eagerness to learn and be a part of the riding community
  • Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro)
  • Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (not required but a plus)
