We are seeking a skilled PRN Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Psychiatric Medical Care. As a PRN Therapist, you will work with a small, interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our Older Adult patients.
Key Responsibilities- Care: Collaborate with our team to provide therapeutic services, including group, individual, and family therapy sessions in a geriatric intensive outpatient environment.
- Community: Participate in community education initiatives to promote the importance of behavioral health for all, including older adults.
- Compliance: Work with our program team to facilitate treatment team meetings, develop and update patient-centered treatment plans, and produce compliant documentation.
- Licensure: License in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state (e.g., LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
- Ability to work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients
