About the Role:
Amentum is seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Counterintelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Counterintelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and disrupting threats to cleared industry, cleared personnel, DOD, and DCSA. You will be responsible for providing mid-level analytic expertise to the DCSA CI Analysis Division (AD) to facilitate USG responses to adversary action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytical research to establish or refute Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) threats to U.S. technologies, information, and supply chains.
- Process, update, and track cases, actions, products, and reviews in the identified system of record and other databases.
- Conduct CI analysis to identify and assess FIE threats.
- Research, synthesize, exploit, evaluate, and analyze all-source reporting on FIE targeting USG critical technologies, programs, information, and supply chains.
- Develop analytical products that effectively articulate FIE threats.
- Demonstrate analytic integrity, rigor, and tradecraft standards by adhering to applicable IC Directives and DoD Instructions.
- Produce analytic products within established timeframes.
- Disseminate intelligence information to customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Active TS-SCI Clearance required.
- At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Desired Education: Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in applying data analysis, trend analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommend solutions.
- Ability and skill in communicating intelligence information verbally and in writing.
- Data systems such as: NISS, DISS, NCCS, AMPS WebFLIS, and ACCESS or other security and supply-related data systems.
- Conducting strategic communications with key stakeholders, including preparing written reports, leading conferences, and giving briefings.
- Conducting research effectively and efficiently at classified and unclassified levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- DCSA and DoD work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
This is an in-office position, with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting up to 20-30 lbs., constant sitting while using a computer, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities to communicate, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.
