Key Responsibilities:
A typical day for a Retail Sales Support Specialist includes:
- Welcoming all customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Reviewing sales reports to monitor product availability and job status.
- Organizing and updating promotional materials.
- Handling phone inquiries and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
- Preparing literature packets and product specification documents.
- Managing the sign-in book and submitting weekly traffic reports to management.
- Participating in training sessions provided by the company or manufacturers to gain product knowledge.
- Assisting in coordinating events.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile:

Specific vision abilities needed include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

This role operates within a retail environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and inventory scanning devices.
