We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Rural Health Medical Program Inc. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care services, working under the supervision of our Director of Nursing and physicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and analyze patient situations, making decisions within the limits of licensed practice.
- Provide routine health care services, including vital sign collection, specimen collection, and medication administration.
- Document accurate patient data in our Electronic Health Records system.
- Collaborate with Providers and Professional Nurses to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Current licensure by the Alabama Board of Nursing and certification to practice nursing in the State of Alabama.
- One year of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
This position requires manual and finger dexterity, as well as good listening skills and visual acuity.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, speak effectively, analyze, and interpret documents.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records systems.
