Bausch & Lomb is seeking a skilled Packaging Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, and operating packaging lines and equipment to ensure the production of high-quality products.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Set up and operate packaging equipment, including labelers, cartoners, bundlers, case packers, and print & apply labelers

• Perform line clearances and sublot changeovers to ensure efficient production

• Conduct quality inspections and document results to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

• Maintain accurate records of production data, including downtime and standard yield

• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to identify and resolve equipment issues

• Participate in housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and safe work environment

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent education required

• Minimum one year of manufacturing experience, preferably in a packaging operation

• Strong reading and math comprehension skills

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Ability to prioritize work and make informed decisions

• Basic computer skills, including MS Outlook and Excel

• PLC machine/equipment experience preferred

**Work Schedule**

The Packaging Operations Specialist will work a weekend shift, Saturday and Sunday from 7:00am to 7:00pm, and Wednesday and Thursday from 5:00pm to 1:30am.

**Compensation**

The starting hourly rate is $18.00, plus a $2.25 per hour shift differential.
