We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Legence, a leading provider of energy transition solutions. As a Mechanical Engineer - Energy Efficiency Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and implementing energy-efficient building systems that reduce carbon emissions and lower utility costs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in MEP consulting engineering and a passion for sustainable design. You will work closely with our team of engineers to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement energy-efficient building systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
  • Collaborate with our team of engineers to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that our designs are implemented correctly
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in MEP consulting engineering
  • Strong background in energy-efficient design and sustainable engineering practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
