Cleanliness is a top priority, and our Utility Person / Dishwasher must possess the skills and knowledge to perform their duties with excellence.


Responsibilities:

Maintaining Cleanliness:

  • Ensure that silverware and dishes are impeccably clean and presented to guests.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment within the restaurant for both guests and staff.
  • Keep the exterior of the establishment, including the parking area, tidy.
  • Regularly check, clean, and restock restrooms.
  • Dispose of trash properly and maintain cleanliness around dumpsters and trash receptacles.
  • Organize and clean the utility area thoroughly.
  • Adhere to cleanliness and service standards as outlined in the duty roster.
  • Comply with local health department regulations.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Stock the Cook, Line, and Server areas with necessary utensils and dishes.
  • Maintain high standards of organization, speed, and cleanliness.
  • Report any equipment or facility issues to management promptly.

Guest Service:

  • Understand and execute responsibilities related to timely service delivery.
