Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and verification of financial transactions in PC coin and iTrack systems.
  • Data entry of pay outs and deposits to the Federal Reserve system.
  • Data entry and verification of Coinstar (CIMS) transactions.
  • Balance satellite vaults daily to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Conduct coin balance inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Process billing and balance verification for customers.
  • Prepare and submit monthly coin balance reports.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of transactions and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding guard liability and assets.
