Position Overview:
This role is focused on providing analytical support in the realm of financial services, specifically within the Wealth Management sector. Candidates must possess direct experience in financial environments, ideally with a background in Investment Banking, Wealth Management, or Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior partners and VPs in various investment and advisory tasks.
- Develop financial models and assess investment opportunities, including income and return scenarios.
- Create presentation materials for both prospective and existing clients, encompassing pitch decks and investment performance reports.
- Utilize multiple software platforms to curate relevant data for client presentations.
- Transform complex data into clear, visual reports that effectively communicate insights.
- Conduct investment research and provide analytical advice to clients.
- Engage in investment manager meetings and contribute to the research process.
- Document notes and generate summary reports for ongoing investment discussions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their advisors, including accountants and attorneys.
- Manage administrative tasks related to client account setups and asset transfers.
- Execute regular client tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
