As a Trial Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on complex civil litigation cases, including No Fault/PIP, Bodily Injury, and Premises Liability litigation. Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of complex civil litigation cases
  • Develop and implement trial strategies
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in civil procedure and the rules of evidence

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Michigan and membership in good standing with the state bar
  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
  • Strong automation and technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation
