Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, including experience handling No Fault/PIP, Bodily Injury, and Premises Liability litigation. A Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school and an active license to practice law in Michigan are required.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, superior oral advocacy and writing skills, and the ability to manage a caseload with time-sensitive work. Experience working in a paperless environment and strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation are also essential.

Qualifications
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Michigan and membership in good standing with the state bar
  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
  • Experience handling No Fault/PIP, Bodily Injury, and Premises Liability litigation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and superior oral advocacy and writing skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload with time-sensitive work
  • Experience working in a paperless environment and strong automation/technological skills
