Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage General Manager to lead our team at Gecko Hospitality. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our food and beverage operations, including events, catering, and premium services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the operational budget, including financial reporting and inventory control.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA and EEO guidelines.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including sub-contractors and business partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of management experience in the contract foodservice industry, preferably in a sports and entertainment venue.
  • Experience in high-volume foodservice accounts, preferably in concessions or premium services for a sports and/or entertainment venue.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Previous P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as POS Systems.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer and client service, with demonstrated initiative, leadership, and management skills.
