Position Overview:
The Operations Partner is a key member of the Restaurant Brands International team, responsible for driving operational excellence and business growth in the Burger King brand. This role requires a strong understanding of restaurant operations, business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive business reviews with franchisees to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with franchisee leadership teams to implement operational initiatives and best practices, ensuring consistency and excellence across the brand.
- Develop and execute data-driven plans to improve restaurant performance, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and support to franchisees to enhance their operational capabilities and achieve business goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures, maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in quick service restaurant operations, retail, food and beverage, or franchised industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with franchisees, colleagues, and business partners.
Compensation:
Base salary plus a performance-based bonus structure, providing opportunities for growth and recognition.
