KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support various initiatives and projects as directed by the Stadium Operations Management team.
  • Conduct quality assurance cleaning and maintenance inspections across all facilities.
  • Organize and manage task lists for game day preparations.
  • Assist in the setup for on-field production during events.
  • Oversee external contractors for different projects or assignments.
  • Provide assistance to departmental staff with maintenance, painting, and other projects.
  • Help organize and structure storage areas.
  • Participate in snow removal activities as required.
  • Offer feedback to the Stadium Operations management team regarding potential efficiency enhancements in daily operations.
  • Assist in the rollout of work order management software.
  • Support trades personnel with general maintenance duties (including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks).
  • Help set up various events held on-site.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work 28-32 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Commitment to being present for all home games.
  • Recent college graduates or current rising seniors in college with a flexible schedule are encouraged to apply.
  • Desire to gain experience in a sports environment, particularly within facility operations.
  • Prior experience in groundskeeping, facilities management, or labor roles is preferred.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a solid work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
