Audiological Care Professional

Upstate University Hospital seeks an experienced Auditory Health Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, the consultant will provide expert care to patients of all ages with a range of auditory health issues. A minimum of a Master's degree in Audiology and certification by ASHA and licensure in NYS are required for this role.
The consultant will evaluate patients using behavioral and auditory tests, develop treatment plans, and educate patients and families on auditory health management. Experience with Cochlear and Baha devices is preferred, as well as previous experience working in ambulatory or outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research studies
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000-$125,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
