We're seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associates to assist us in providing exceptional service to our customers. With over 320 store locations and growing, we've been a leader in the mattress industry for 30 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process
  • Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles
  • Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focusing on improving customers' lives through our sleep solutions
  • Lift up to 75 pounds and reset the showroom floor as needed

Requirements:

  • Motivated individuals with a passion for retail and customer satisfaction
  • Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and all weekends
  • Ability to meet and interact with customers and understand their needs
