We're seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Associates to join our team and assist us in delivering a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience that focuses on improving customers' lives through quality sleep solutions.

As a Sales Consultant at Mattress Warehouse, you'll have the opportunity to work with our exclusive bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system, empowering customers to find their perfect mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations. This tailored approach transforms a customer's sleep quality and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles. A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are key to success in this role.
