Job Title: Showroom Consultant/Customer Service Representative

The Showroom Consultant/Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients. This position involves preparing estimates, addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, and driving additional sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within a related field
  • Experience in interior design is a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in estimating blueprints and performing measurements
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clear criminal record
  • Excellent organizational, verbal communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Fundamental mathematical skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Estimating blueprints and conducting measurements
  • Providing assistance to customers in person, via email, or over the phone
  • Processing orders, handling payments, and entering orders/quotes into the system
  • Responding to customer inquiries, collaborating with other departments, and resolving issues
  • Maintaining customer service records and ensuring clients understand our products
  • Addressing quality and service concerns to foster customer loyalty
  • Ensuring accurate pricing and timely invoicing
  • Keeping the showroom organized and setting up displays as required
