Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Current California Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license.
  • AHA/ARC CPR/BLS certification.
  • Covid vaccine card.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, with 8-hour shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
