About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Claire's. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through friendly and efficient interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales and promoting products
  • Deliver sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Ensure customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
  • Demonstrate Claire's products and assist customers with their queries
  • Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions
  • Provide ear piercing services (full training will be provided)
  • Maintain a clean and inviting store environment

About You

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills, and a strong understanding of customer service. You should also have a sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills.

As a Sales Associate, you will be required to stand during scheduled shifts, maneuver up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds occasionally. You will also be required to bend, stoop, and climb ladders and step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation range is $9.50 - $10.00 per hour, with final compensation determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
