Job Title: Mobile Sales Associate

At T-Mobile, we're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mobile Sales Associate. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Utilize digital tools and self-serve platforms to educate customers on T-Mobile products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and sales techniques.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
