Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medication Aide to join our team at Senior Resource Group. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by assisting with medication administration and management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and/or administer medications as prescribed by physician to residents.
- Document all medication management related information.
- Notify LVN/LPN of any negative medication reactions.
- Assist and/or manage all medication refills.
- Update records as necessary.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a med aide is a plus.
- Trustworthy with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills required.
- Must be able to accurately chart on software.
