Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St. David's South Austin Medical Center. As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Perform patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to refine and achieve plans of care
  • Provide health education and support to patients and families
  • Evaluate patient progress and document outcomes
Requirements
  • 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
  • NIH Stroke Scale certification
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course certification
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course certification
