Responsibilities
  • Apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, and scientific judgment to deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients.
  • Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes and provide communication, confidence, and professionalism.
  • Provide leadership and support to the patient care team, demonstrating teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Accountable for delivering quality nursing care services and promoting a positive image of nursing.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
