The Senior EOEM Operations Coordinator is essential in implementing partner operations, which includes digital onboarding, training, and continuous order management. This position requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure timely partner onboarding and on-time delivery (OTD) of products for new EOEM offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for all EOEM-related communications.
- Deliver a high-level customer service experience.
- Proactively identify and manage risks to minimize disruptions throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery.
- Provide consistent updates to stakeholders regarding project progress, milestones reached, and any potential risks or challenges.
- Foster collaboration and a productive work environment with Global Supply Chain (GSC) to ensure OTD of materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline; PMP or Agile certification is advantageous.
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies and tools, with a proven history of managing complex projects successfully.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for effective collaboration across teams and departments.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, focused on delivering projects within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Expected Travel: 30%
