As a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, you will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement a comprehensive physical therapy program for patients with complex pelvic floor disorders.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide evidence-based physical therapy assessment and treatment for patients with pelvic floor disorders, including vulvodynia, pregnancy/postpartum, cancer-related musculoskeletal dysfunction, and bowel and bladder dysfunction.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Minimum of one year of experience in pelvic health physical therapy.
- Completion of at least one specialty course related to pelvic health physical therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
